Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I am truly a sewsciopath! I like to take regular jeans and reconstruct them into many different things. I save them from landfills and create products that help save the planet from a lot of waste. I love that a pair of jeans can be made into anything and have another life. A purse for travel. A coffee cozy to keep your drinks hot but comfy on your hands. A fashion piece that goes with everything! I take your loved ones jeans and make an item you can carry with you that helps remind you of them.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

I am a crazy sewing lady who lives to create while on the go. My day job affords me the luxury of my passions. I can personalize anything for my clients. I love colour. I love being different. I love making other peoples ideas come to life. There isn’t anything I can’t handle when there some denim, a sewing machine and some inspiration in my head. I love elephants and the colour purple is my fav!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would keep being me but with much needed new ink! Also probably up my game with a new toy like a new press or embroidery machine. Who knows. Maybe even start a website to get myself out there so much more? I love what I do and anything to help that along? Hmmm maybe even start a brick n mortar store in my city… Who knows what comes next ? But I’m game for whatever comes my way.
