What would you do with the $25,000?My house almost got foreclosed on a few months ago, I had to borrow about $24k from a relative to avoid the bank taking it with this money I will be able to pay them back and keep $1k to do something fun with my son. It would be great to no longer be in debt with a relative yo make sure that if I ever need them again they will be there bc o kept my word avs repaid them.
