Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

After I was induced into stabilization, I had the most profound, lucid, experience while I was being worked on to be resuscitated. There was, and is, no verbal way to describe the overwhelming experience other than a physical detailed example of what I was able to relay to my artist of what you are able to interpret in your own way as you’d like.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

“Be not afraid..” Dedicating 30+ hours of ink from my spinal cords to my tailbone is not for the weak or faint of heart. It’s message to myself and others that there is always a higher power watching over you in some shape or fashion.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had won the $25,000 dollars I’d like to use it towards a similar themed chest piece or memorial tattoo for my brothers I lost to the 22 a day club. I’d also like to take my wife on a much needed vacation since I was medically retired from the Army last June, she’s been my caretaker and was by my side every session I did on my back after the hospital, she’s my rock. Then i’d donate some to our church, go to costco, buy eggs, pay all bills past due, spoil our dog
