Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is a lightning bolt on my left hip. I got it last spring as a reminder that I can get through anything after healing a double dislocated shoulder which was probably the most painful thing I’ve ever been through. I’ve always been told that the hip and abdomen are some of the most sensitive places to get tattooed so if I can handle dislocating my shoulder twice, I could handle a tattoo in one of the most sensitive spots, right?

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

This girl’s been through some shit, but she’s never let it harden her heart. I feel like they’re a good representation of my personality in a way as well. I’m a very androgynous person in general and I feel like my tattoos give off that same vibe.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Probably split it in half, of course, half has to go to tattoos. It just makes sense. And then the other half I would put towards my music career that I’m working on building up at the moment. For right now, I’m just a writer but I would definitely be putting a good chunk of that money towards studio time to actually get recording! And maybe a little wardrobe upgrade lol
