I had a friend who spent a week and a half in the hospital a few years back. One day when I was visiting, I sketched him a take on Gucci Mane’s face tattoo with Buc-ee (the gas station mascot) in one of the scoops — with the text changed to “BEAV-RRR”— to cheer him up. He said it would make a good tattoo, I said “hey yeah it would be,” and about a month later I got it.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?“Look clearly there was no plan involved with any of this, but I don’t know, I think we’re all getting along on here pretty well, yeah?” “No you’re right Bigfoot [note: in this scenario my Bigfoot tattoo starts the conversation], every one of us has a different and unique background, but it’s still somehow harmonious.”
What would you do with the $25,000?My dream is to buy a vintage mobile home and style it to look like a 70s time capsule. LOTS of autumnals. Like many people, I’ve faced a lot of loss and instability over the past few years, and I can’t think of a better way to use that money than to put a huge dent into having a place to call my own.
