Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

An Aster flower. A goodbye to an old friend, a loved one. A release of the pain and hurt but I wanted something beautiful to come from it. Asters represent love, faith, wisdom. All lessons I gained and learned from saying goodbye to someone too soon.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

If my tattoos could speak, they would scream before they whisper. They would tell you about the parts of me I don’t let anyone see. The moments that broke me. The names I still carry. The nights I sat in silence, just trying to breathe. They’d tell you I got tired of fighting, of pretending, of being strong when I wasn’t. But they’d also tell you I never gave up. That I carved every line into my skin to remind myself… I’m still here.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I am an EMT student. I am chasing my dreams of helping those who need it in the best way I know how. More so, I want to grow and become a paramedic firefighter and $25,000 would pay my tuition and help me achieve my goals.
