I have been struggling with my sobriety for a long time and after finally managing to get to a point in my life where I could look back at things from a clearer perspective, I got this small tattoo on my wrist to remind myself of how different my mental state is when I am under the influence versus when I am not.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?That I am a mosaic made from all of the things I have been through, shaped by time and every person I have ever loved or cared for and guided by spirituality.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would be investing in some land and something to earn some interest over the next decade or so that I can have in a trust for my kids as well as potentially jump starting a small business so that I can experience a little more of the freedom that comes with working for yourself and doing something that you love to do so that I can be a better example for my kids and have something more than trauma and bad decisions to tell them about one day.
