Mental health is my passion. I’m a pediatric psych nurse. I wear my mental disorders on my hand to show everyone I cross paths with, especially my work kiddos, that you should never be ashamed of your struggles. Dont let them control your perception of yourself, accept them and own them as a PART of you. If you can control your mind, you can control your life! Start with accepting and loving yourself. Raising mental health awareness one hand at a time.
