Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

As a boy, I would wake up to the smell of espresso being made by my Grandmother. She'd always pour it into these beautiful, little espresso cups. As I got older, that tradition continued, now with me included, up until my Grandfather's passing. To this day she still makes me a "cafecito" in that same cup. I never want to forget that image. I asked my tattoo artist to recreate that cup of espresso so that memory lives with me forever.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

Each piece has meaning and tells its own story. From memories, to work ethic, and moments that will forever keep inspiring me, they collectively contribute to who I am and continue to give me courage and a higher sense of self reflection. I am proud to wear each one and can't wait to keep adding to my collection.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This is a hard conversation. I've recently become unemployed after over a decade in my career. The shift in roles as the main provider for my family of 5 has negatively affected me both mentally & emotionally. My wife stepped up, no complaints. Despite suffering from Lupus, she gets shit done with grace and resilience. Watching her carry such a heavy load is inspiring but a painful pill to swallow. The $25k would relieve stress on our finances & give us hope to get back to some normalcy.
