Learn MoreMy lifelong love and passion for the band Pink Floyd inspired me to create a leg sleeve collage of all their album cover art and representations of my favorite songs. I started it before Covid and then life got in the way and it's not finished yet. That band and their music has got me though my darkest ugliest days, and also my greatest celebrations of joy. They're always here for me when nothing and nobody else can save me.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My works of art would express the pain of the loss of a child, the joy and passion of music, the love of my pet birds, the pride of my family's heritage, and the fun of being a Florida "pirate". Beach bum, sipping rum in the sun and giving no quarter.
What would you do with the $25,000?First I would do a memorial tattoo piece for my dad that passed a few months ago, a collage of his Army service insignia and a black crow is his spirit animal. Then finish leg sleeve. The rest will pay off debt and If there's anything left, I'd like to go on a Caribbean cruise. I've never been on a cruise because I have worked most of my life and there's never time or money for myself after bills and family. I will appreciate anything.
