In my therapy group you can choose prizes when doing assignments and the fake tattoos got put out so that you could put them over scars and parts you don’t like on your body to create positive emotion and reaction to replace negative feelings and thoughts and when I had the money I tattooed mine over my self harm scars and now I don’t have to hide my arms or remember the pain that I self harmed over I can look at myself and see that tattoo,not look away, and smile it boosted my self
