My most recent tattoo is the owl on my right hip. An owl represents transition, transformation and knowledge. It was a stage in my life where I had moved away from home and was gaining a sense of self, being in a new city away from friends and family.

I think my ink speaks to show the stages and challenges in life I have overcome. I struggled with mental health from a young age and some of my tattoos are meant to show how far I’ve come in life and the growth I’ve made amongst my struggles.

I would love to pay back my family members back who have helped me during a really hard financial time over the last year. I would also love to put money towards my student loans I gained during nursing school. I was able to achieve my life long dream of becoming an open heart recovery nurse and I am in a position to help those who are severely sick and in need of not only medical care, but emotionally as well.
