I got my most recent tattoo—a skull hand holding a rose—during a hurricane. It wasn’t just a spontaneous decision; it was deeply symbolic for me. I’ve always been in love with roses, not just for their beauty, but for what they represent: love, strength, fragility, and growth. Getting it during a storm felt powerful—like a moment of calm and clarity while everything else was chaotic.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?Each of my tattoos tells a part of my story. I have the time my grandfather passed surrounded by roses to keep his memory close. Praying hands with my family’s names remind me of who I’m rooted in. 444 is my angel number—it keeps me aligned and protected. The lioness is my strength, the heart is my love, and the small rose between my breasts represents my beauty and growth from within. Every piece means something to me—it’s all part of who I am.
