The year Nipsey Hustle, Avicii, and Mac Miller all died was a wake up call. Losing so many of my favorite artists in the span of a few months never sat right with me. Looking back I’m so proud to have made it this far. Artists facing things ordinary people can’t fathom is why we feel so inspired. I have an Avicii tribute tattoo that covers the scar from a bite wound, but it’s really a tribute to all three.
