What inspired your most recent tattoo?

The latest piece of art I had done was the most important, and in a sense, the most painful so far. With my father’s passing, I needed to embrace my memory of him, also to remind myself of his outgoing and “heart on his sleeve” character. My sleeve was the only choice for his memorial, and the most important piece of artwork I happily display and cherish.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

I was never one to grow up and feel comfortable enough and or able to express my feelings so due to parts of my upbringing I bottled my feelings inside, since I can remember. I’ve always been creative yet unable to express how I feel. So I found that tattoos was my way to finally express the things I couldn’t without the judgment and ridicule.

What would you do with the $25,000?

FINALLY be able to give back to my family (his) that helped me and my fiancé for years. We would finally be above water. To be able to end our 3 year engagement starting just before the Covid scare, and start our marriage. Our 15 year plus journey and adventure together has made us stronger and closer than we had ever thought possible. Our dream of showing our commitment and love for each other would finally be within reach. That, is what we truly want.
