Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I've seen the world deep in fear and uncertainty, but also incredible healing and resilience. My tattoos mark my own journey through that. They signal that I am healing, that I carry my family with me, and that I’m working to break cycles of generational trauma. Each one is a reminder of pain survived, strength reclaimed, and the commitment to grow into something more whole.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

“You’ve got this. We’ve got you.” My tattoos are reminders of who I am, where I’ve been, and what I’m becoming. They mark turning points and affirm the life I’m building. They tell me I am whole, protected, beautiful, and that I create the space where I and those I love can grow and heal. They remind me, and others, that I am fierce, wise, and whole.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I'm finishing my PhD program and will need to move and start life again. This will give me the resources to start fresh, and build my next career while building on what I have so worked for. I'd also like to send some help to my family with some costs in Poland, and of course add a little more ink to my body to commemorate this next era of my life.
