I would buy a car. My first one in my name that wasn't on the verge of breaking down! I would pay for this 2 week laser school and get certified so I would have a career the rest of my life and didn't have to rely on anyone. Then, I would find a way to invest a little bit, save a little bit and give back the rest of it somehow.
