Enter For FreeI got some wisteria that is wrapped around my leg from knee to ankle. I’m in the military and have been stationed in VA for a while, the stuff grows like crazy around here, it’s all over the houses on my street. I thought it would be cool to get as I’m wrapping up this chapter of my life and leaving the area soon.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?I think it pretty much all sends out a good vibe, a little chaotic. I have a lot of plants that remind me of places I’ve lived so they’d probably say something like “grow” or some metaphor about waiting until the fruit is ripe. My back is a big party scene though, it would probably say “Share a meal with everyone and get the people dancing”
What would you do with the $25,000?Easy, I’d start an oyster farm. I care a lot about the environment and those little sonsabitches can filter so much water, one of the best organisms for our waterways. On top of that, they’re delicious. We’ve got a guy down here at one of the farmers’ markets that we buy them from by the hundred every few weeks. Everyone comes over with a dish to pass and we all shuck oysters, eat, and drink until we’ve had our fill. There’s a communal aspect to the whole thin
