What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My 20 year old daughter was my inspiration. At 18 years old, I was in college and finishing my plans to study abroad in Spain (my dream!), when the universe showed me her plan was far more impactful. I was going to be a mom. Needless to say, my daughter completely changed the trajectory of my life and I wouldn’t change a single thing about it. My most recent tattoo is her birthday; the day my life changed forever.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

My ink speaks the silent words of my journey in learning to love all of my jagged edges, processing the hardest journeys in life and shining light on every inch of my darkness. I have always been elevated by the beauty of this earth and the mathematical fragments that can be seen in all of life. What would you do with the $25,000?

My passion and joy is found in helping as many people as possible. I have a deep respect for this earth and would use this money to help protect the Amazon. I would love to support the beautiful arts of the Indigenous Kuntanawa people located in the Brazilian Amazon. I would also use a portion of the funds to help my daughter achieve her goals of traveling the world.
