Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is the word Libertad in soft script—a quiet yet powerful declaration. It’s rooted in my commitment to social justice and equity, both in my career and my personal life. But above all, it’s an ode to my own self-liberation. Because without doing the inner work of freeing myself, I wouldn’t have the strength, clarity, or compassion to show up and fight for the freedom of others.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

I am not only decoration—I am declaration. I speak of liberation born from pain and purpose. I honor ancestry, demand justice, and remind you that your body is sacred ground for revolution, rest, and rebirth. My body is also an open canvas w more space to collaborate unique story telling w artists!

What would you do with the $25,000?

It would help launch an nyc/ global creative equity studio that invests in BIPOC and marginalized communities through art, culture, and justice-driven storytelling. This space would redistribute resources, amplify unheard voices, and spark art projects that shift power. We’ll build a future where freedom is practiced daily—and art becomes the language through which equity is not only imagined, but realized.
