Learn MoreMy most recent tattoo is a brushstroke dragon. My second child is born the year of the dragon and it was the year of the dragon when I got that tattoo. So it’s for him and his spirit and I hope he is as fierce and free as he should be. Also on the same arm are some lotus flowers in memory of my last grandparent that passed away 2 weeks before my session.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?A common theme with my ink is flight. I have birds, a Phoenix, and a brushstroke dragon. The story they would tell is to push beyond our limits - to be able to spread our wings and fly high. My ironman tattoo is a right of passage for completing a challenging event. Again, all about pushing limits and trying to reach beyond reach.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely support local artists and get some more pieces of art tattooed on myself. As for any additional funds I would probably find a way to support other local business outside of the tattoo industry as well.
