I always loved the Phoenix, but after the beginning of my healing journey, I began to really try to understand the story and significance. Our pasts aren't meant to be forgotten, they are meant to be lived with, then emotionally worked through, and only then can our living in the moment and rising/resurrecting can begin.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would tell a story of a little girl who learned to hate herself because of the violence and abuse, and death of her mother at 6 years old, and who writes music to heal now and burn the bad with the power of sound.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate all to cancer research but 3000 of it, so that I could have enough to buy the human I have in my life now the drumset he really wants. He saved me, and he doesn't know it.
