My most recent piece was filler on my arm, the sleeve started when I was freshly 18, with pieces that reflected my life while living in Detroit. I came back to my artist after living in Miami for a few years and wanted the filler to represent Miami, filling in the spaces that Detroit couldn’t fill.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would say “AHHH!!” not from pain, but from finally letting go. A scream that’s more of a sigh, the sound of truth stretching across skin. A release I didn’t know I needed until the ink spoke for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d pour it straight into the pulse of what I’m building, Raw Intent Miami—fueling community, creating space for artists to feel seen, and stitching every thread of Raw Intent with deeper purpose. This isn’t just about clothing, it’s about movement. I’d use it to amplify the ones who move raw, live loud, and create bold.
