My ink is unique because it’s mine! That’s what I love about tattoos- no one’s ink is identical because no body’s journey is exactly alike.

Enter For FreeI most recently got the tops of my feet tatted with lotus flowers, inspired by the description of Shakyamuni Buddha as having lotus feet. I hope to walk the path of a Buddha saint so it’s only fitting to have lotus feet. As I’ve gotten further along in my tattoo journey, I’ve been gravitating towards spiritual art and symbolism as this is the person I’m becoming- I want my ink to represent my evolution always.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would say, “THIS IS ME AND I LOVE YOU.” It would tell you a story about impermanence and how our bodies wither away but our souls never die. It would encourage you to find your own definition of beautify and to embody it every day you live!
What would you do with the $25,000?25K is a lot of money. I’d definitely want to donate most of it. I’m a volunteer yoga teacher at a retirement home in Cobble Hill here in Brooklyn and I know they could really benefit from a donation like that.
