Enter For FreeLast tattoo was an arrow with a semicolon. I had a friend who committed suicide. I had remembered the talks we had about the subject. He was seeing my best friend at the time, and they moved away. Years later, I found out he had chosen to leave this earth. The arrow is for the path I have chosen to take. The semicolon, to remind myself of my own battles with mental health, and those who struggled, but could not stay. No matter how alone one feels, there is someone else who suffers too.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?Once broken, but the pieces have held together, mending and growing stronger with each experience. I have a flower for my grandmother. Dragons have protected me, music saved me, an arrow that reminds me to stay on the right path. And the semicolon that says my story is not over yet. I'm writing a new chapter as you are reading this.
What would you do with the $25,000?Get a back piece done, and pay off some outstanding bills? Maybe. Kids and animals feed my soul. Since I have many cats, work on purchasing a small home, a place to call a sanctuary. As a former foster myself, I'm interested in taking in foster children needing a home.
