My most recent tattoo-Phoenix was inspired after 2 events. The death of my sister to Oligodendroglioma (brain tumor) and the diagnosis of my partners prostate cancer. The Phoenix symbolized rising through the ashes and being reborn of fire. In my case it was me rising thru the turmoil and grief of losing my sister, and having to walk the journey with my partner.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?The Philippine Eagle on my shoulder (flanked by the flags of the US and Philippines) with Neri 3G (3rd Generation) speaks to my commitment to my family and connection to my roots. Whereas, the rest would be badges of courage, integrity , acceptance of challenges.
What would you do with the $25,000?25,000.00 would be a lot of money. Truthfully it would be spent mostly on bills. Nothing so grandiose. Id save a portion of it to do something for myself and maybe make a small donation. I lost both my parents 4 yrs ago ( 6 months apart from each other) while I was there a few months before their passing- I was unable to attend either of their funerals. I would like to visit their resting sites.
