Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is As Above So Below around my belly. I thought it was a hot placement cause it enphasize my assets by saying that it's perfect above and below the text. It was inspired from the Pagan saying, that means what happen on a cosmic level also happens on a microscopic level. It's a personal belief of mine that there is no real separation between heaven and Earth - spirit and matter. Everything is connected and follows a pattern.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

If my ink could speak, it would talk about heaven, hell and the earthly realms. It would talk about feminine and masculine. It would talk about life and death and the act of surrendering to those forces as a daily ritual. It would speak of learning through imperfections. I got a lot of my own apprentice tattoos and my friends apprentice tattoos. But also high caliber art from those same friends that learned and got better. From my mentors. My ink tells my story of my rebirth coming into myself.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 I would put it back into my art and my community. Becoming an artist made me realize that I have a responsability to my communities. I have to inspire others to make the world better. Now that I am in a spot where I can proudly say I reached my dream of doing art for a living...I have to help people believe in themselves to reach their dreams and do the things that helps their community! I have been creating workshops to mentor young artists but I'd like to do so much more!
