My most recent tattoo was a Medusa piece. Originally, my best friends husband was going to get it. Our tattoo artist had it printed out for him. He ended up getting something else, so I asked if I could have the piece. He said yes. Within a month of saying yes, he passed. It took me a month to get the piece after he passed. Whenever I see it on myself in the mirror, I feel like it belongs to him.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would definitely tell a story. I’m a very spiritual person. From the stop watches I have tattooed with specific times for specific memories, to the recent Medusa, every single tattoo I have is a moment from my life. An image from a book I read, a word that explains me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off debt so I could go part time. I only have a few years left with my daughters before they turn 18, and I’d like to spend every spare second I can with them. My husband is a welder and eventually we would like to travel weld and I work from the RV. What a dream!
