What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoos are a tribute to my kids—their names inked permanently on me, and a bouquet of four flowers, each representing the birth month of one of my children. It’s a way of carrying them with me, always. These tattoos were inspired by the simple truth that being their dad is the most meaningful part of my life. I wanted something that captured that love in a way words couldn’t—a visual reminder of the four hearts that keep mine beating.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would say, “They are your why.” It would tell stories of late-night feedings, little hand-holds, tough lessons, and endless love. It would remind me that I’ve grown alongside them—and that I’m doing my best to be the father they deserve. The ink would speak their names with pride and point to the bouquet like a badge of honor: one flower for each child, blooming on my skin, rooted in my heart.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won, I’d use the prize to invest in my kids’ future—college funds, creative outlets, experiences that shape who they’ll become. I’d also use part of it to expand my tattoo story, maybe even collaborate with artists who can help me tell more of my journey through ink. And can I help someone else feel seen or inspired through that process? That would be the real win.
