Enter For FreeI saw artwork from an old German hospital that I fell in love with. It is Death blowing bubbles. The bubbles represent the fragility of human life. There are 3 bubbles, one for each family member I lost in October 2020.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?That you're looking at a strong, fierce woman with a story to tell. There's the story of my battle with my mental health represented by the koi sleeve and a quote in my handwriting. A cross for family lost to COVID. I had my Dad's tattoo recreated on my arm after he passed. There's a lot of loss and trauma but there's so much joy. You see that in a tattoo of a mother holding her baby tight. Then there's just my dorky self with a Whomping Willow back piece and Deadpool riding a unicorn.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'm sure people expect me to say more ink but I want a vacation. I'm really fortunate that I have a great relationship with my kids' Dad. We vacation together still, including my boyfriend. I would love a week going to Disney and Universal. I want to be able to say yes to all the treats and souvenirs! I would also love to renovate our bathroom and get the biggest tub possible. That's been a dream since we bought the house. Anything that's leftover will be put in savings for a rainy day.
