My recent tattoo was inspired by my cousin James. I originally went to him with a paisley design in mind, but he had other plans for my leg sleeve. He designed the most unique piece for me, and I’m truly honoured to have his art permanently on my body. He passed away last March, and I’m so grateful I stepped out of my comfort zone and trusted his vision as an artist. Now I carry a one-of-a-kind tattoo that means the world to me.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My tattoos are my story—the path I’ve walked, etched into skin. Each one is unique to what I truly love and what I choose to share with the world. They remind me every day of how incredibly strong I am.
What would you do with the $25,000?I love to travel and dream of exploring the world—collecting memories and tattoos along the way. One place I’d love to visit is my cousin’s shop in Kelowna, British Columbia. It would mean so much to get inked there again, in the same space where he once tattooed, this time by his partner, continuing the story where he left his mark.
