My ink tells a story… from my rainbow baby to my late mother to my (estranged) family motto. Lots of losses in life but also lots of wins.

Enter For FreeMy most recent tattoo is a picture of my baby boy, my 20 month old. He’s my rainbow baby. After multiple miscarriages, he graced us. He’s such a cool kid! He’s everything we never knew we needed. He’s named after my big brother who passed away in 2018. He came out looking just like him. I started getting tatts at 16 because of my brother. Every time we met up we’d discussed our new tattoos. I miss him, but I see him in my son often.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?If my ink could speak, it would say that I am resilient. I actually have that (resilience) tattooed on my collarbone. That’s what I am. I have my family motto, fac et spera (do and hope), tattooed on my arm. I got matching ring finger anchors with my hubby. You’ll see my faith in my art. I have some that I would’ve done differently. It all tells my story though.
What would you do with the $25,000?Ughhh. I would get caught up on some bills, take a family vacay, and take some needed deep breaths. We have mortgage, and a toddler, and a car, and student loans, and, and, and. I’m working full time as a social worker. My husband works in insurance. It’s still difficult. It would be so sweet to experience a little relief and a reset.
