Learn MoreMy most recent tattoo was flowers, featuring Milkweed which I had put in around a monarch tattoo that I had done just before that one. The inspiration is the beauty of the Monarchs and inspiring others to plant Milkweed to help the Monarch population. I also collect eggs, then raise and release Monarch Butterflies each summer at my home in Lowell, MI.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would say that teachers can have tattoos and still be amazing teachers. It would say that I have struggled but come out better on the other side. It would say that I am a part of something bigger than myself having been involved with the Crossmen and the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps. It would also say that I’m a bad ass with a soft side.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would for sure get more ink, pay off my house and take a trip to see one of the Monarch Sanctuaries in Mexico. Having never been much of anywhere, other than on our 8th grade East Coast trip as a chaperone, this would be a monumental trip for me.
