Learn MoreMy grandma, every detail about my tattoo is about her life and what she lived by. She was a whiner, aka she loved wine, which is why there are grape vines. She always used to say when the mountains are pink it’s time to drink. So the carnation, which is her birth flower, represents a pink sunset. She also always used to say Let go and Let God so I got it tattooed in her handwriting as the stem of the carnation. As for the hummingbirds, ever since she passed away, one follows me constantly.
