I got the Nubian influenced chest piece started around the time that I began to wake up to a calling from ancestors I had never been curious about before. It was super important for me to honor them in some way.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?I am woman I am made of everything the universe is made of. I was created in the likeness of God. My ancestors live through me and I walk with the choices they made to make my children's children's world a better place.
What would you do with the $25,000?I became homeless after COVID and am finally getting back up on my feet. I'm moving into permanent housing in a couple days. I would use the money to fuel this fresh start. I would finish my chest piece (something I've been dying to do) Alleviate some pressure from my daughter who has my two grandkids. Whatever was left invest in my design business.
