Sheila Smith

Family is important. I have lots of love to give and need love in return. One of my tattoos is what my daughter Miranda did.

What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo was done 3 yrs ago. It is hands of Mickey and Minnie holding a heart. My husband and I decided on getting matching tattoos for our 30th anniversary. They are on opposite hands so that both tattoos are together when we hold hands. We have since been married 33 years.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

Each tattoo has a meaning. My first one was done by a friend who was practicing to see if that was her career path. I have one with my husband's name. One with the names of 4 of my 5 children. One that matches my 2 daughters symbolizing overcoming obstacles we have in our life. One my daughter did when she thought she wanted to try her hand at being a tattoo artist. The most recent one symbolizes the love between me and my husband.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Buy a vehicle since mine shot craps and I have been without one since December 2024. The remainder would be split between bills and a family vacation. My youngest son has epilepsy and his seizures are worsening, so we could all use time away to enjoy ourselves for a change. My son almost died in April 2024 due to a massive seizure where he was in a coma for a month. Quality family time is well overdue.
