What would you do with the $25,000?Well 2 years ago my now ex husband kicked me out of our home, I lived in my car for 5 weeks. I finally got into an apartment, so my daughter and son and myself could be together again. But they are not the best apartments so I would either put a down payment on a home, or have a tiny home built and buy some land. So we could have our on home.
