My tattoo artist wound up giving me a huge break because she wanted to add it to her portfolio since it was non-traditional.

Enter For FreeI got my tattoo in honor of losing my leg. I have an extremely rare hereditary neurological disease called Charcot Marie Tooth. It is essentially dissolving my bones. I got my tattoo to remind myself to never give up, and keep marching until I no longer can.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It makes my mess a message. It says I am powerful, resilient, and stronger than what I ever gave myself credit for. So many people stop me in public and ask about it. I'm not sure why, but they always want to touch it, and I don't mind. It holds magic for me, and somehow I feel it heals something within them as well.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to do a full sleeve on one arm, mixing all of the things I love, and possibly a half sleeve on the other. I have always wanted a garden type tattoo, weaving vegetables and squash blossoms. I've never seen anyone do that. I also have a tattoo on my chest of a rubbing from a pair of earrings my grandma gave me at 13. It's a moon. I'd like to have it redone. I also think I would love a thigh tattoo of a garter with a pistol in it . I think that would be total bada$$!
