Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I have ink on my hands which I got at a house party here in Nashville, TN. They are reminders for me of a chapter of my life that changed the way I think forever, and symbolizes what’s important to me moving forward. They are small but are a huge part of my story. I am a fashion designer/mix media artist, and the storyline around my tattoos tells the story of the depth I am able to access & honors my journey.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

My body has only a few small tattoos, but the message so far is about resilience, faith, priorities, and self love/respect. The new ink would help bring that message together in a big way. The lace I picture in a corset style setting. I could see it going down my left arm as well to symbolize, self love, and protection around my heart, which is a direct correlation to my soul. I’m extremely open minded to working with the artist/team and I’m open minded on placement etc.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I am currently turning my Nashville home into a community art house. It will serve to bring artist together. The house is being remolded to resemble an empty bank vault, and then outside will have graffiti of money and symbolism of money. The message is the money left the vault and what’s left is the priceless art. I am working with someone from the graffiti mansion out of Las Vegas. The money will help fund this project!!!! Goal is to empower artist in a big/life changing way!
