Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I recently got a neck tattoo of an owl. The owl is like a third eye. To me it symbolizes me being able to see beyond the veil of illusion.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would tell a story of a young girl who wanted to see the world. I was overseas in the Navy. I got to see so many beautiful things as well as experience so much. Some of my ink would tell you about my traumas, things that make me happy and honestly things that I just found cool. What would you do with the $25,000?

I would expand my shop to have more room and more artists. Then I would pay the rest of my mom’s bills because she just beat cancer and still isn’t able to work much. Then honestly I would take my family to the beach. My father is old fashioned and worked every day of his life until he had a stroke. My family deserves a couple days away. I wouldn’t be who I am today without them.
