Enter For FreeMy tattoo was so that I could look in the mirror again reclaim my beauty and power that cancer tried to still away. Love myself while not being reminded of the pain and suffering. Instead seeing beauty and have a beautiful ending to a tough journey I not only survived but thrived in. I may be the Bride of Frankenstein under clothing but I am loving myself healing one day and tattoo at a time. This is what 42 looks like as a 10 yr survivor of Triple Negative Breast Cancer!
If your ink could speak, what would it say?If my tattoos could speak, they’d tell a story of survival, transformation, and resilience. My rebirth, how beauty rose from pain & from dry bones life blossomed. Like butterflies, I transformed through struggle, shedding who I was to become something new. They remind the world not to judge the cover. My life was almost stolen away all too early but from these dry bones life can flourish and blossom even in a dessert.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would first donate to Here for the Girls INC. a breast cancer nonprofit organization helps improve the lives of young women diagnosed under the age of 50. H4TG helped me through my breast cancer journey. I would also get new tattoos to finish my scar coverups. Lastly and most importantly I would travel the world with my kids and do all the things on my bucket list that I thought I would never be able to because of cancer.
