Learn MoreMy back piece was inspired over a decade of life experiences that helped shape the vision for this canvas. That in which became the vision in tangible form. Each natural symbol stands for some force or guide that led me through the awakening of this vision. The unique challenges I have faced were endured with the strength behind each visual representation in the piece. These are not individual images strung together. It is a unified image that came in flickers to me over the years until whole.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would tell a tale older than time itself about the inherited wisdom of the life force itself beyond mere consciousness, rather infinite intelligent and wisdom itself. The natural representations carry this wisdom. The duality of the mountains setting sun and rising moon, the opposing forces of the tree that stand strong like pillars bearing the wisdom of the barn owl and red shouldered hawk. The wolf in its center signifying the long isolated road to find ultimate truth. The stream fluidity.
What would you do with the $25,000?Right now I am working on a big social and economic stimulator initiative in Southern Oregon and I am investing everything into this project as my soul mission to uplift and foster growth in our professional and cultural arts community and foster new venues for community alignment. If it doesn't all go directly into this effort, I will put some into my self care and an ink touch up to continue to support my health and wellbeing so I can continue to carry out this good work and fulfill my purpose
