What inspired your most recent tattoo?

After surviving a verbally abusive marriage, I needed a symbol of resilience. I chose an arrow because it must be pulled back under tension before it can be launched forward, just like my journey. The swirling details in the design represent the chaos I endured, while the arrow’s sharp point reflects my determination to move on. This tattoo is my reminder that hardship can propel me forward and that I am stronger because of everything I have overcome.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

When I decided to get the arrow tattooed, I chose a design that was both elegant and strong. The curves and lines are delicate, but their form is unmistakably determined, pointing forward—just as I am now. Placed visibly, it is a daily reminder of my strength, a testament that I did not merely survive—I transformed. Every glance at it recalls not just the suffering I endured, but the courage it took to reclaim my voice, my confidence, and my future.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The last few years have tested my family beyond measure—major health issues, a traumatic brain injury, a painful, verbally abusive divorce, and ongoing challenges with my daughter’s medical needs. Yet, we’ve faced every storm together with resilience. A $25,000 vacation would be more than a getaway; it would be a chance to heal, create joyful memories, and reclaim happiness. After so much hardship, we deserve this opportunity to reconnect and celebrate our strength as a family.
