In 2023 i was dying. I had a massive spleen, gallbladder failure and was unable to eat. On my Anniversary Aug 25th 2023 i had open abdominal surgery to remove the dead spleen, which was 8 pounds and 30 cm. The raven on my shoulder was transformation.
