going to catholic school i harboured a lot of resentment, guilt n also interest and admiration for catholicism n religious symbols. religion n blasphemy is a huge theme in a lot of my tattoos. i had gotten mary on my back n was extremely disappointed with her - she was too docile and tranquil and i wanted to express her power. so after years of hating my back and covering it (i didn't have sex for 6 months bc i didn't want anyone to see) i blasted over it to finally show her power.
