Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is a shark jaw, placed right on my knee, and yes, it’s as intense as it sounds. The core inspiration came from the movie Jaws, but I didn’t want a direct replica of the iconic poster or a straightforward homage. Instead, I gave it my own twist—stylizing the jaw to be more raw and exaggerated, almost like a blend of traditional and surreal. It captures the primal fear and power of the shark, but filtered through my own artistic vision.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

If my ink could speak, it’d laugh in screams and bleed in truth. It’d say, “I wear monsters like armor, and pain like prophecy.” Leatherface to Pennywise, each face a mask I’ve met. My right arm bleeds shadow, my left clings to life.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d start by paying off my car—freeing up that financial weight. Next, I’d travel to places with the best hikes and breathtaking views, exploring new landscapes while reconnecting with nature. I’d also invest in more tattoos to tell my story. Finally, I’d make sure to help my family out—giving them a hand when they need it most. It’s about freedom, adventure, self-expression, and lifting up the ones I love.
