Each one of them represents a trial that I have battled and turned it into something beautiful.

Enter For FreeMy strength inspired my last piece of art, a divorce from a marriage of 10 years and also a battle of what came to be Lyme after not knowing for several months. This tattoo is a reminder to be strong and that I can get through all challenges life brings my way. A reminder to keep moving, the art is the goddess of strength who we know to be taming a lion. My artist captured her strength and the lion bowing down to her, which was a representation of me overcoming what were huge trials in my life.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?To Keep moving, that I’m loved and stronger than I know. To keep my head up and look at all I’ve been through and yet achieved. I refer to them more as a scar of something I’ve been through, where I’ve been able to turn pain into something beautiful. They are the reminders that keep me motivated for my myself and son, but also remind me how amazing life can be even my art work that came from the pain became healed pieces of beauty. Just as we do in life.
What would you do with the $25,000?At the end of the day this isn’t about the money for me, this about proving to myself and other single moms that work hard to provide that we can do hard things. If I were blessed enough to win the money I would put it away for my son, it would help to make sure he would have the funds for the education he desired to have his best in life. This is about reminding myself and all of those single moms out there that we are capable of more than we know.
