A painting done in pastel's. In tribute to my oldest son,who passed away 8 yrs ago April 13th. It was part of a First Nation calendar and my son saw it hanging in my room and legit asked me when did you have that picture of us done Mom?
If your ink could speak, what would it say?That's she's always known in her heart that she's First Nation, she was adopted at 6 weeks old grew up knowing nothing about her culture but always gravitated to First Nation Culture. It also speaks to her memories and fun times.
