Enter For FreeI guess what inspired my most recent tattoo was the ephemeral fleeting nature of life. I had recently gotten into Eastern spiritualism, and I watched a Mac Miller video where he carves “memento mori” into a coffin which led me down a kind of rabbit hole into western Stoicism. I just got obsessed with the phrase/concept and I thought it would match up great with my Greek pottery style lion tattoo. When Mac died it was another reminder of the phrase and I got the tattoo the next week.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?At first brush, I am a testament to man’s triumph over nature. I am the pseudo comforting illusion of permanence, but someday we will both be gone, as we are nature. Don’t be sad that thought because what give me beauty is what makes life precious. As a mandala drawn in the sand blows away, we too will disappear. So cherish me and your time here
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use some of the 25,000 to pay towards college I am a nursing student right now. I would get something nice for my wife and kids and honestly, I probably get a couple more tattoos one of my best friends just finished a tattoo apprenticeship and I still haven’t gotten anything to buy him
